Really nice staff! They've went out of their way to accommodate my pregnant wife. We started out at a tent site and realized once we got here it was to far away from the bathroom for my wife. They helped us get a camper that was nice and clean. Wonderful people! Whenever we venture back up this way, we will be coming back here!
We had a wonderful stay at Adventure Bound Campground. Had some mechanical issues with vehicle and Sherman and Jerry were both a very big help with the issues. The bathrooms and showers were clean and the showers had warm water. I like the single showers. My grandchildren enjoyed the playground and the water slide. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Close enough to Gatlinburg without being in the heavy traffic. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Gatlinburg.
We went here last year and had a wonderful experience but this year we had issues as we got a different unit. We checked in got settled down for the first night in the rental RV lot 150 and noticed that the door would not lock and tv did not work. They came out quickly and fixed both. There was no remote and asked the next day about it and was told how hard is it to use the buttons. Well when it is in a cubby and only like a inch from the side it is hard to use. Also the porch light was not fixed. The fold out bed was broken down and was hard to sit down on it. Other than those issues it was great. We all had fun on the slide and the pool. Some people has made comments about water pressure but hey it's in the mountains and water pressure is not there.
Plenty of activities for the kids specially the waterslide. Amenities include showers and laundry room. Campground has plenty of sites by the streams. Did have issues with electricity on site 14 on our first night which management refunded us for which I was thankful for, we were moved the next day to site 155 and water pressure was horrible but we worked around it by filling up water tanks. Other than that the campground is kid friendly and staff is friendly. We will definitely be back and ask for a site by the stream.
Many other campgrounds in the area that are a lot nicer. Don't waste your time or money on this one. Drove from Michigan for a dream weekend what a nightmare this place was. Game room smells like piss, bathrooms the same. Normally would not make a comment like this, but please don't make the same mistake we did. Sincerely Michiganders
This place sucks!!!!! Made reservations online for this campground, because of its good reviews and pictures. What a joke. It's all false advertising. This place is run down and no maintenance done on it. The only one thing good about it is they refunded our money.
