Went to return a charger 2 days after it was purchased. Brand new, in box, paid $87 (MacBook charger). The owner asked what was wrong, I said nothing, we found my charger mine in my husbands truck and did not need it. She said ok, but that she was going to charge me a 15% restocking fee. I asked if that was on the receipt, she said it was but I verified it was not. She said she was charging it anyway. She said if I didn't want to pay it I could return it at a different store. She said "we aren't a rental company". She was very, very rude and trying to con me out of money. I do no recommend spending your money at this store. We are locals and will definitely make the drive to Sevierville before spending our money here again.
Had exactly what I needed and was in and out quickly.
Only place in town for supplies.
