If your going to offer services and post specific hours of operation..... You should be open those hours!
My friend and I both went in with the same, terribly painful and quickly spreading, poison oak. We went at the same time and both spoke with the same doctor. For some reason, he prescribed us two different medications which confused us. When we tried to drop off the prescriptions at the pharmacy, only one could be filled. The doctor wrote my friends prescription for something that literally DOES NOT EXIST. He's now left suffering until they can reach the doctor tomorrow to "try to figure out what he meant". Will NEVER go back or recommend them. Take the extra drive to urgent care in Pigeon Forge and pay LESS and receive real information.
Fast & friendly plus the Doctor figured out I've had pneumonia for all these months that the Doc n campbellsville ky said I did not have and doc me for 3 mo w no improvement. Great place in and out with 40 min

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! MEAN AND RUDE "NURSES" Me and my husband were on our honeymoon and he was in terrible tooth pain. We walked in to see if he could be seen as an emergency. We were good until now when the receptionist asked for his insurance card. My husband searched his wallet but it could not be found. He said to the receptionist, "I have insurance all you have to do is look up my name and SSN in the system." Apparently this was too hard for her to do, she said, "No sir, I need your insurance card or I can't help you." At this point my husband was almost in tears because of the pain and frustration, we were on our honeymoon and just wanted to get back to having a good time. The un-compassionate staff sent us away to chase some other doctors office who wouldn't help us because they were booked up for the day. After driving around and calling around and finding nothing my husband went back into this facility, mean while video taping his experience. The ladies were even ruder this time (if that's possibly) and even threatened to call the cops! If you're in pain and in a pinch DON'T expect to be helped here! Worst experience of my life!
