I could never fully comprehend this quote.... until this morning. Despite popular opinion, love is actually the Cherry-topped Belgian Waffle from Log Cabin Pancake House.
Came in on weekday morning for breakfast. The restaurant was relatively full. We were seated immediately and out waitress took our order pretty quickly and our food came out very fast. Good service and a quick and inexpensive breakfast.
My wife an I happened upon this establishment expecting adequate sustenance for a day of hiking the Smokies. What we got instead was sustenance for a lifetime of joy. If everything else we had ordered was literal dog feces wrapped in dry corn tortillas and the waitress spit in our drinks in front of us, I would still attempt to give this place 6 stars, solely due to the magnificent nature of this waffle. This of course was not the case, the waitress was more than accommodating and the chicken biscuits were amazing, but bro, when I tell you I would slap my mother for another one of these crisp, golden babies, you better believe it. Sorry, Mom.

They serve most breakfast items and the food is reasonably priced. Expect to wait in line during peak season if you arrive after 8:30.
No concern for long line we were seated after a 10 min wait. 2 Sr . specials sugar ham on the side drinks etc $21.00. Kind and courteous service staff. Good people good eats God bless St. Pete
Had breakfast here twice on vacation and honestly wish we could've ate there more. Between the hash browns and the chocolate chip pancakes it was very delicious. Even though we had to wait to get seated both times the wait for food wasn't long at all. Can't wait for the next vacation so we can eat here again.
This is a long standing breakfast and lunch spot in the downtown Gatlinburg area, just a few minutes walk from the downtown strip.
