Got married in January 2004 and it was beautiful. It was a small intimate family wedding. Minister was great and love the pictures inside and outside in the snow. We go back every 5 years to take new pictures and remember our special day. Praying for Gatlinburg TN and the residents during the wildfires
We renewed our vows for our 25th Anniversary...The staff were friendly, the Minister was wonderful and the photos were great!
This is in a an attractive setting and the chapel is well maintained. Just be aware of two things. First, they appeared to be busy on my visit so don't expect to loiter there afterward. Second, no personal photography (even cellphone) is allowed on the property.
I left the chapel feeling good about everything, even if there was a mix up with the vows. When our pictures were uploaded you can not see them very well. I went ahead and ordered. There is lens flare on one of my pictures, I asked if it could be removed and never got a response. They just printed it out and mailed it to me. Also I feel like the pictures are out of focused. Not high quality, I am not sure if they even attempted to clean them up. The video I got was a joke. You can not hear anything at all, also awful quality. Looked like a 1980s home movie. So besides the pictures and the video everything else was fine, very nice people. (I am a very relaxed person just letting others know what I experienced.)
