Great place to get work done in the morning. Plenty of places to sit, lots of outlets. Staff are friendly and the place is relatively clean.
I ordered some coffee and some coffee and another coffee and I was giving my coffee the same coffee that I ordered and it was pretty good and you know standard Starbucks coffee is pretty good so I went there cuz you know they don't mess it up you know they're pretty good and then they made fun of my face to which sign was funny but good coffee and made fun of my face
So I received a birthday email for a birthday treat & since we were in Gatlinburg, stopped to redeem it. I went in the wrong side of the line by mistake, which annoyed the woman working there, there were 2 working, one relly sweet, but this one, oh my. It was 1:00, Nov 14th. The fact that this store didn't honor it was not an issue, I understand, but that lady was so rude & hateful, looking past me to the next customer. I have been going to Starbucks for years & have never been greeted or treated this way, kind of a damper on our day. So disappointed. I'm a rewards member too

Cashier was so rude and arrogant. Why would you want an ass like her working in a supposedly friendly environment. She was horrible 11-14-2017 we are here for 2 weeks, our crew will patronize the local coffee shops instead Never had a rude barista at a Starbucks until now
