Had some brake noise from my rear brakes on my way into Gatlinburg. Gave Eastbend Automotive a call, and Jeremy was able to take a look at my car and order the parts, and then when I returned he got them installed in short order. Great service and a well-deserved rating. Thanks, Jeremy!
We're from Indiana and we're on vacation. My son's truck was overheating. After calling him Jeremy ( who was extremely busy and couldn't really look at it) we really had no other place to go. We were only about 2 miles from him and had a overheating truck. We decided to pull in there anyway ( as we really had no other choices) Jeremy came out and looked at it and realized the radiator was bone dry. Now, my son had it serviced at a oil change place before we left. Ya know.... all fluids were topped off ect...ect.... He poured almost 2 gallons of antifreeze in the radiator. Not only did he take the time to give us service but, he only charged us $20 bucks. Jeremy, your the man! I can't begin to tell you how much your honesty and hospitality meant to us! Being 9 hours from home can really send you into a panic ( as it did my son) Again thank you! It meant more to us than you will ever know!
I had Jerry check out what I assumed was an overheating problem. His assurance and evident expertise were comforting. He was also very accommodating as I was on vacation and needed timely assistance. Jerry was also more than fair and didn't attempt to "sell" me anything. Good people.
Jeremy and his wife are very good people,and very nice I would recommend anyone who needs work on there vehicle to go here we are here from Indiana and needed rear brakes and a Caliper took him a hour so very good service.
