We were on vacation from Texas with no roadside assistance. We called them and they towed, ordered tires and put them on for dang near nothing! I'm so very thankful for the staff!!!
I can't say enough great things about this place. We were vacationing and concerned we were gonna get raked not being locals. I spoke with John on the phone first and he said I could stop by and he'll take a look. He took my car for a quick test drive, confirmed the issue, ordered the parts and got me in the next morning. Despite having to spend a couple of hours in an auto shop while on vacation, the lady in the office was super friendly, the mechanics were as well.. they got us fixed up and the price was definitely right. I was pleasantly surprised. They really made what would typically be a frustrating situation... a pleasant one. The only problem is, I wish I could bring them with me to my hometown :)
I can only echo what everybody else is saying about Ogle's. Up here on vacation with no tools, and not knowing who is a reputable mechanic, Ogle's got the job done right (even though they were already booked up) and I was happy with the price. Gary was great!
Have never had such a great experience with a repair shop. You all went above and beyond for me and my family to make sure we made it home for the holidays. Thank you so much for the above average service.
I was in a bind with a flat tire and the spare was the wrong one for the delivery vehicle. They had a used tire for a great price! I was there maybe 15 minutes and was on way!! Definitely recommend!!
