Bike the Smokies was a wonderful experience for my mother and I! She was very hesitant about getting back on a bike but once she started riding she had a blast. The bikes are great because they make biking so much easier and more enjoyable. Andrew was wonderful and so helpful! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to get outside and explore the smokies in a new way!
This was the most fun I've had in the smokies!! My wife and I went out to Cades Cove and did the bike loop they have available in the mornings and it was a blast!!! We are avid outdoors people but we decided to take a restful day and got the electric bikes that were available. Wow!! So much fun!! We haven't stopped talking about it and can't wait to go again!!! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for something to do!! The staff is so friendly and explained everything about the bikes before hand so we were very confident trying this out!!! Go see them!!
Fantastic biking service. The man that runs this place has reasonable pricing and goes above and beyond to give you and your family an entertaining time. He sets everyone up with safety&bike tips, suggests where to bike, and also drives you to the biking location. The area is great and flows next to a river. The owner is super accommodating and even handed my mother a picnic blanket for her to wait by the river as the rest of our family biked. Would definitely recommend!
My wife and I were on our honeymoon and she found Bike the Smokies on the Internet. Only way I would bike a mountain is if someone was pushing me, she said, "Great they have electric bikes let's go " 8 (.. sigh.. It was short notice ( maybe 45 minutes and late in the afternoon almost 4pm ) and Andrew said no problem! He recommended a place for us to bike and met us there with everything we needed to enjoy our bike ride. Sorry we lost your picnic blanket Andrew! Everyone, Electric Bikes are the way to go! We had the time of our lives doing our own PERSONAL tour of the Smoky Mountains with the help of this business. The owner was extremely helpful and courteous! I would recommend this place instead of a group tour because you can go at your own pace and stop when you want. The best sell for us was, they had accommodations for my babies and not to many others did. The bikes are very good in quality with great traction! The owner even recommended a trail and met us there with everything we needed. After everything was done, he suggested a couple of things to do and places to eat! We would definitely recommend this place!
