I don't think this is a 3 star but I gave the extra star for the tram ride alone. This place is to expensive and ridiculous and I will explain. I called to ask about a military or veteran's discount they told me that the person who did the service in the military or service connected veteran would get 50% off and their family can get 30% off the price. That's it nothing else. I planed to go here over Dollywood because we been to Dollywood before. We got there and we paid for the tram ride and got the discount. My Mother is in a wheelchair and was took another way and didn't get a picture. We rode the tram up and when we got up on the mountain to buy a bracelet to ride the rides; they said we don't give military discounts, after stating they did on the phone, but if you ask they say that's only for the tram. We paid full price $22 each and if you want to see the Bears, and Ice skate it was around $33 each, but after buying a bracelet to ride the rides we find out that 3 of the best rides COST MORE MONEY. It was $20 for one person to ride ONE TIME. This is Not worth what you pay. $22 gets up 4 or 5 rides. You pay less to go to Dollywood or Splash Country get a military discount of up to 40% and no other Rides cost extra. I recommend that you do not pay to do this and ONLY ride the tram up and back down, and if you want to ride or Ice skate pay to only do the one or two things. This wasn't worth the price. AT THE END OF THE DAY, After paying for the tram ride With military discount it ened up being around $40 or more for one person to ride the tram and 4 rides and maybe 3 rides depending on what type of rides you want to ride being an adult it's only 4 rides. If a child over 52" inches 4 rides and two waterslides (But not a real slide IT'S small and not for adults because it's small) that goes straight down. Children under 52" cannot do nothing alone. One person working there said go look at the rides and find out what you pay to ride then pay, but If you have children all they see is 7 rides and think its all one price and parents pay to see children upset because the big rides are another 20 or 30 dollars. IF you want to SEE REAL BEARS go to the Three Bears General Store in Pigeon Forge. You can see real bears and feed them yourself A LOT cheaper. Hope this helps
