Terrible Place for a Handicapped Person......No staff to clean their rooms ..Had to wait 2 1/2 hours past normal check-in time of 3 pm. Staff didn't care about anything happening around them....Or our complaints.
It's a good place to stay for a decent price. We have stayed here twice and last year the room was more outdated but clean. The room this year seemed nicer and we had a balcony overlooking the river.
Find another Hotel for your stay..
Sure it's an older property but for the very reasonable rates I ain't gonna complain about minor BS like a paint chip or it taking 7 seconds for the water in the shower to get hot ..Within walking distance to everything on the strip or a very short walk to a trolley stop, fast wifi, all the cable channels one could need, balcony overlooking the creek, plenty of closet and drawer space, mini fridge and microwave, a free breakfast if one wants to partake in the offerings and the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful....Yep I would return!
Great location and for the price you can't beat it! Very short walk to the strip. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Best part was the balcony overlooking the little river! Loved it and I will stay here again!
Hotel was fantastic. Great location, relaxing, comfortable, quiet, affordable, and clean. Would highly recommend. Only disappoint was a hold they put on my card that I was not made aware of
