We LOVED this Hampton Inn! It is, by far, the nicest one we have stayed in! So clean and comfortable! Bathroom was great- spacious and well designed. Huge TV and comfortable bed. Great location- on river stream off the main strip...but still close enough to walk. Outdoor space incredible- TVs, hot tub, fire pits...all on the stream. Can't wait to stay again!
Quiet hotel off the main strip. Pool and hot tub, outdoor seating area with fire pits. Good breakfast with hot oatmeal and waffles.
Comfortable bed and pillows.
Newer Hampton well decorated. Housekeeping: Did not vacuum room well, pull out couch had finger or toe nails on it and what appeared to be a dried booger. Maintenance: bathroom sink leaked from base where it met the counter and leaked continuously all over the counter and floor. Staff notified and no one came to repair. Hilton Honors: As a Hilton Honors member certain perks are given upon check-in. This did not happen as well. What's the point of being a member if all around customer service and quality of stay are poor? At $263.00/day Hampton Inns accountability and expectations should be much higher. Raise the bar.
New Hampton Inn is very nice, and rooms are well decorated for our needs. Great fitness center and pool downstairs. Nice outdoor seating area with a jacuzzi. Breakfast was good and they did a pretty good job of keeping up with the crowd. Very nice staff. We'll come again.
Way over priced. Rooms are mis-represented. Almost false advertisement. Was sold a room with balcony. Arrived to find my room is one of 3 in the basement and room had a patio with view of the back of a building and a skewed view of the adjoining hotel pool. Staff pleasant and room clean. A quiet room was requested to find the room was in the corridor to the pool which had a lot of children running and screaming up and down the hall to and from the pool until 10 PM. No adult beverages. Mediocre breakfast.
