Very disappointed. My 2 year old, my husband, my brother-in-law, and myself have the worst bed bug bites I've ever seen. They offered to switch rooms but they must must not get these things spread worse than wildfire. There is dirt on the walls, burn holes in the comforter, spilt coffee stains on the wall, and A BOOGER on the ceiling. Rooms and hallways smell of 20 ashtrays. I can deal with rude staff or mediocre breakfast (which they have) but the rest is just over board. Stains on the sheets everyday, I can appreciate the thought of changing the sheets everyday but for each set to have dingy brown stains is ridiculous. Pillows included. Well hardly because it's half a pillow. I have also contacted the HEAD of Tennessee State Health Department
We stayed in Rm 515 which is at the rear of the property, facing the parking lot. We had 2 queen beds. not much room on the wall side of the bed. No fan in the bathroom. the room was comfortable. the desk chair was great and I got plenty of work done on the desk area. the location is great and near a trolley stop. it is a hotel room and you aren't in the smokies to stay in a hotel room. The breakfast area had plenty of tables but the food wasn't great. Again, plenty of pancake houses. I would stay there definitely.
Awesome place. Great staff. Keep up ya great work. Love the hot tub and the indoor pool n lazy river. Breakfast is wonderful. Room service is fast and no hassles. Can't wait to go back.
This was a great place to stay. We stayed three nights. The room was very good size. Everything was very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. They had a good selection of breakfast items. Plenty of parking and had covered parking on the ground level. Was only about a 10 minute walk to the downtown. Will definitely stay there again. Brandi at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful.
Good service. Clean room. Close to the main road but just enough off of it so you aren't in busy traffic all the time. Only took off 1 star due to the lazy river not being the greatest. Did not really move and only 2 floats. Overall thoughx a good stay.
