It is a tiny family run joint, and the owners are super friendly. They'll chat with you while they prepare your food. They clearly have a passion for this, and you can taste it.
Food was delicious. Restaurant had that home town home cooked meal feel that many chains try to recreate but fail at. Highly recommended to the passerby, the avid traveler and the food enthusiast.
Ribs were delicious. Crispy smoky crust with moist tender inside. Pulled pork was super juicy. Among the best, if not the best, pulled pork I've had.
This is away from the main tourist drag, and was on the way back to our cabin from the national park, so we stopped in to pick up dinner after hiking up an appetite. Chose this place based on the Google reviews, and was not disappointed!

We were new customers, based on reviews from google we decided to try. This small gem is tucked away from the heavy populated tourist area, so traffic isn't crazy trying to get to and from the place. The customer service was great! Very nice and hospitable; very homey. The FULL plate of food was very well worth the price, and personally, I was even able to split my food with my daughter and still have a to-go plate. The food itself looks great, smells great, taste great! BBQ was very fresh, tender and juicy. Our sides were baked beans, Mac n Cheese, and fries, and those were great also! Keep up the great work!
We stumbled upon this place. Personal & friendly people. Clean restaurant. Best BBQ we've had in a while (& we have it often.) One of my kids got a hot dog- good too. Nice shops around.
One word...excellent. That describes the meats, sides, and the family that runs it. Great people that take pride in their craft and it comes out in their quality of food. Glad we took this tip from the locals as this is a must go. Don't waste your time and money at the commercial places. It's tucked back off the road in the Arts and Crafts Community and well worth the drive from the super touristy spots.
