The food is good. Restaurant needed some.attention in the cleaning department but being in a busy area like gatlinburg it's understandable
I love Gatlinburg and I love Zaxbys but this was the nastiest restaurant I have been into. Dirty napkins,plates and paper was EVERYWHERE! They need extra people helping clean the tables and beverage areas! Horrible. We probably won't be back.
Good food, fast service and large portions
Good food,Great Salads ,a lil high on prices but definitely good food.
Great environment however food was poor of quality, compared to other Zaxbys. Where I’m from Moultrie, Ga the Zaxbys there is a frequent for me and has set the bar for quality and this doesn’t meet. Overall the restaurant gets a 8/10 for looks and cleanest but gets a 5/10 on the food scale!
